Shipment processing times:
REGULAR ORDERS:
All regular orders are processed within 3-7 business days. (Excludes holidays and weekends)
*Shipping times also excluded specially listed vacation time or personal days listed ahead of time on or site and blog.
*Our shipping times have extended greatly on printed tees. Our production and shipping have been backed up 4-6 weeks during peak times. Please be advised of this when placing an order that has graphic design and has to be printed.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders are shipping within 7-15 business days. (Excludes holidays and weekends)
*Shipping times also excluded specially listed vacation time or personal days listed ahead of time on or site and blog.
Please be advised of these shipping times when placing an order and look for announcements on shipping times. Custom orders always take longer since they are done strictly by hand.
All of our other products are shipping within our time frame. We will stay updated with ongoing changes in our blog. You can locate our blog on the expanding menu at the bottom of the site.

Shipment Confirmation and Order tracking:
A confirmation of your order will be e-mailed once confirmed and payment is received. Once your order is processed, packaged and shipped you will receive a shipping e-mail that will contain your order information and a tracking number for you to track your order.

Customs, duties, and taxes:
Grace & Grit Apparel Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages:
Grace & Grit Apparel Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please refer to “Returns and Exchanges” on the front right hand side menus on our homepage. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
We ship almost anywhere, please send us a message if you have a concern.
Returns Policy:
Here at Grace and Grit Designs we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please make sure to take the following steps:
•E-Mail Customer support with the order number and the e-mail you used to place your order. Place your order number in the subject line. Please explain what is wrong with your item and include any photos or proof that you have Substantiating your claims.
